Cancellations

You may cancel an unshipped order by emailing us; we’ll refund it in full.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, custom-fitted or used assistive devices may not be returnable except where defective.

Defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
